Review Methodology

This page explains how Adult Health Advisor researches and writes product reviews.

What we do

  • We review the ingredient list, pricing, and guarantee terms published on each manufacturer’s official product page.
  • We cross-check ingredient and mechanism claims against independent sources (government health agencies, peer-reviewed research, and recognized medical references) where available.
  • We attribute manufacturer-only claims to the manufacturer rather than presenting them as independently verified fact.
  • Editorial scores reflect a consistent set of criteria — formula transparency, guarantee length, format convenience, and manufacturing standards — not a claim about clinical efficacy.
  • Each review lists a last-updated date and the sources used.

How the Score Is Calculated

Each product’s editorial score is built from five weighted criteria. This is a transparency framework for how we compare products — it is not a claim about clinical efficacy.

Criterion Weight
Formula transparency 30%
Evidence quality 25%
Guarantee and return policy 15%
Manufacturing and quality control 15%
Convenience and audience fit 15%

What we do not do

  • We do not claim to have physically tested or used the product unless explicitly stated.
  • We do not invent testimonials, star ratings, or endorsements.
  • We do not state a specific dosage beyond what the manufacturer discloses.
  • We do not claim a product treats, cures, or prevents any disease.
